We now have "Five" options for you to place an order with Epicurean Crafts.
Secure Shopping Cart System - This is the easiest method for ordering from our site. Basically, you pick the items that you want to order and the system automatically totals your order. You can then choose to pay online with your credit card or print out an order to mail in with your pamyment. Once you fill out the payment and shipping information, the correct shipping charge will be displayed and upon your confirmation the order is processed. You will receive a confirmation E-mail regarding your order shortly after completion. The shopping cart system allows you to securely enter your order containing your shopping cart selections over a "SECURE" server for the fastest possible service... all in the convenience of your own home or office... anytime...anywhere! Please see below for additional instructions on how you use the shopping cart system.
Email your order! - (NOT for credit card orders) This option will allow you to cut/paste a printable order form or the shopping cart order form into your email and/or word document. Please complete the form and email the document to pvatter@epicureancrafts.com. Upon receipt of the email, you will receive a confirmation receipt and information concerning shipping date’s etc. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment
Mail your order! - This option will allow you to print the printable order order form or the shopping cart order form and complete the information and put the document along with payment into the mail. Mail your order to:

Shopping Cart Ordering Instructions: This site is set up to make shopping with Epicurean Crafts both easy and secured.
Step 1 - Select an item to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button for that item. The item will be added to your virtual "shopping cart" and you will be taken to a screen where your total costs will be displayed. (Don't worry you can always remove the item if you change your mind.)
Step 2 - If you need to remove or adjust the quantity of any item in your shopping cart or empty your shopping cart completely, simply click on the link located on the "Shopping Cart Contents" form.
Step 3 - When you are ready to "check out" click on the "Check Out Now" link .
NOTE: Some older browsers such as Netscape 3.x may receive a message about expiration. This will happen when your browser is using outdated encryption certificates. Simply update your browser's certificate by clicking continue, or update your browser to the latest version.
Printable Order Form: Print this form, fill in items you wish to order along with applicable shipping charges and mail to Epicurean crafts along with your payment or credit card information. Click Here to get Form
Shipping and Handling:
Ship Time: If the items are in stock, orders will be shipped within 5 work days.
If you are charging your purchase, we will process the charge to your
credit card the day that your order is shipped. If we are out-of-stock of any items on your order, we will advise you via email and let you know the expected delivery time(s). At that time when the email is sent to you, you will have the option to wait or cancel that item from your order.
Special Orders: If you are ordering any items that have a "Special Order" tag associated with the item, shipping of these items may take up to three/four weeks before they are mailed. Once the item has been shipped, a shipping notice will be sent to you via email.
All U.S. orders are shipped Postal Priority Mail and with insurance. Ship and handling fees are available at the time you order.
International Shipping – all international orders are shipped "Air to Surface" if
you desire insurance or "Global Priority" without insurance - you can
insert your shipping preference in the special instructions area. Please
be advised that the web site is not setup to calculate international
shipping. You can also "request shipping info" in the special instructions
and we will have the package weighted at the Post Office and email you with the
shipping options and costs so that you can determine how you want the
packaged shipped. It is not mandatory that we insure the package as long
as we have your approval to ship the package without insurance.
Refund Policy – All sales are final. If you receive any item that is defective, you must contact the shop within 3 work days upon receipt of the order. You may contact Epicurean Crafts directly at 703-490-0777 or send an email to pvatter@epicureancrafts.com
